Returns

We want you to love what you wear! If something isn’t quite right, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition, with original tags attached.

Returns with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or pet hair can’t be accepted.

sale and clearance items, accessories, jewelry, intimates, swimwear, and gift cards.

 

To start a return, email marykate@shopkatiebean.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with instructions and a Return Authorization Number. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged.

Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive a refund or store credit—your choice! Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
